The "Stop & Lock Braking System" has a new design feature to allow the dual control brake to be locked while not being used. The unique shape is made of high grade aluminum and slides under the existing brake arm. Then use the locking clevis pin to secure in place.
This will ensure the brake is not accidentally depressed unintentionally.
