Replaces the "Flat & Angle" bracket used to connect the cable to the drivers side brake. The new design will allow the "Mini Base" to be offset so it is not directly under the drivers side brake. Comes complete with U-Bolt, 2 locking bolts & nuts, rubber grommet, and the spring return hole.
