Its so much simpler to mount the Drivers Side Pulley base when using the Adjustable Floor Plate. Find the right location to mount the Floor Plate into the floor board then attach the Pulley Base using these "shoulder bolts & locking nuts". Adjust the pulley base to the desired position and lock nuts down. This concept allows some room to adjust the Pulley Base to create the smoothest operation possible.
